The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(a) To execute the decisions and directives of the committee,
(b) To prepare short-term and long-term plans, annual programs and budgets of the Board (c) to implement the program approved by the committee,
(d) recommend to the Committee for the appointment of necessary personnel for the Board,
(e) To submit to the committee the proposals to be approved by the committee (f) To do other work as specified.
